In addition to listing your house with the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), we will host open house for local real estate brokers and another for prospective homebuyers open houses for local real estate brokers and prospective homebuyers. We will place a TPG Realty For Sale Sign in your yard to attract potential homebuyers that drive by. We will also produce high quality, color flyers including a photograph of the exterior of your house. We will field all requests from other agents and prospective buyers about the details of your property and schedule showings as requested.
